How's the West Loop September real estate market look versus this time last year?
Median sales price is about the same after seeing a spike in July 2024. Average market days are significantly down from last year and average price per square foot is up about $70. Why the significant change in price per square foot? The West Loop has several new luxury developments on a larger scale that has contributed to the rise in value. The amount of closed sales (about 50 less sales) has decreased due to lack of inventory.
